Because of the nature of our takeaway service, refunds are given at the sole discretion of The Royal Station Hotel. Once an order has been placed and collected by the customer, you must contact the takeaway direct should you have any complaints. The takeaway must be given the opportunity to try and rectify any errors or dissatisfaction on the same day of the delivery. Any refunds will be made the same way the food was purchased.
Any alcohol must be collected by a person over the age of 18.
